Navigation Point, Tipton
Morrison Associates were commissioned as Quantity Surveyor by Stoford Developments to assist in the construction of 15 trade workshop / warehouse units ranging from 1,430 ft² to 9,580 ft² individually, and totalling at over 51,000 ft². The site at Great Bridge had numerous issues to contend with; including raising the levels over the whole 4 acre site, extensive piling due to mining works and the construction of a new culvert bridge to access the site over the brook.Client: Stoford Developments

Malt House, Chepstow
This Grade II listed building was carefully rebuilt following almost complete devastation by fire to provide three floors of open plan offices for Fairfield Mabey - world leaders in bridge and infrastructure design.
The building was restored to its former glory under strict guidelines by conservation bodies.
This project which faced many challenges on a daily basis, was delivered on time and within budget.
